Ham and Cheese Sliders


Sandwiches:
24 Hawaiian Rolls
1 pound thinly sliced ham
1/2 pound cheese (I use mozzarella)

Brown Sugar Sauce:
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 Table spoons djon mustard
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
1.  Cut the rolls in half (so you can take off the top and make a sandwich)
2.  Fit the bottom halves in a baking dish or on a cookie sheet.
3.  Layer the ham and then the cheese onto the bottom halves.
4.  Then place the top half of the rolls back on.
5. Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, mustard, poppy seeds and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Brush/pour evenly over the tops of the rolls.
7. Cover the rolls with greased foil and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or as long as over night.
8.  Bake at 325 degrees covered for 20-25 minutes.  Then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10            minutes or until the top are golden.

*These are great for showers or luncheons.
