Twice Baked Potatoes


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

4 large baked potatoes (more if small potatoes)
8 slices of bacon crumbled (or bacon bits)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cheese

Bake potatoes in oven for an hour or until soft inside.
Cool for at least 10 minutes.
Slice the potatoes in half length wise.
Scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Mash together potato insides, butter, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, bacon bits.  (Add more of anything to your taste). 
Add some grated cheese to the tops if desired. 
Bake for another 15 minutes.
