Potatoes:
2 large cans of sweet potatoes
2/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
2 eggs 1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a casserole dish.
Add topping and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
If using marshmallows bake for 20 minutes without topping and then add marshmallows and bake for 10 minutes more.
Topping:
Option 1
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup butter
Cut together with two knives or a pastry cutter.
Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.
Then bake
Option 2
Marshmallows
Put on potatoes the last 10 minute of baking
