Homemade Strawberry Jam

 


Ingredients:

4 Cups of crushed strawberries

3 cups of sugar

3 TBSP pectin 

Directions:

1. Prepare strawberries by washing and cutting off the tops and crushing them in the blender. 

2. Put berries in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. 

3. Mix 3 cups of sugar with 3 TBSP pectin. 

4. Mix the sugar and pectin in with the berries. Bring to a rolling boil and let boil for 1 minute. 

5. Take off the heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Then ladle into jars. 

6. Put in fridge or freezer, and ENJOY!
