Salted Baked Potato

 


Preheat over to 400 degrees

Ingredients:

Russet potatoes

Oil

Kosher salt

Your favorite toppings

Directions:

1. Scrub potatoes and pat dry with paper towels. The drier the better. 

2. Prick the potatoes with a fork.

3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet

4. Brush all over with oil.

5. sprinkle all over with salt.

6. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick or knife slides out easily, if it is not done in an hour start checking them every 10 minutes.
