Bow Tie Chicken Pasta


2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of water
1 block of cream cheese (I use 1/3 fat)
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
4 chicken breasts (I cut the chicken breasts in half  length wise or quarters before I cook it)
Bow tie pasta

Mix together the chicken soup,1 soup can of water (more or less depending on how thick you'd like the sauce), cream cheese and Italian dressing mix.
Place the chicken in a baking dish. 
Pour the sauce on top of the chicken.
Bake the chicken at 350 degrees for about an hour (until the chicken is cooked through).
Cook noodles according to the package directions. 
Serve the chicken and sauce on top of the pasta.
