1/3 cup oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 -2 lemons)
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 chicken breasts (I always cut them length wise from top to bottom to make them thinner)
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a mixing bowl or gallon size bag.
Add the chicken so it's covered by the marinade.
Refrigerate 3 - 10 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken for 6 -7 minutes per side or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
* I've never done this yet but the recipe also says you can also preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the chicken and marinade in a baking dish for about 45 min until cooked through also.
