Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 large cans of peaches drained (save some of the juice)
Topping if using a 9X13 pan *look below if using an 8X8 pan
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cups old fashioned oats
6 tablespoons butter
1/4 + teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine the flour, brown sugar, white sugar, oats, cinnamon and salt.
Cut in the butter with two knives or a pastry cutter until it resembles crumbs.
Pour the peaches into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
Brush the top of the crumb mixture with the reserved peach juice.
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
*If you use an 8X8 pan alter the topping as below
