Grandma Foote's Texas Brisket

Slow Cooker Honey BBQ Beef Brisket | Creme De La Crumb

Ingredients:
4 lbs beef brisket
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle smoked bbq sauce
celery salt
garlic salt
onion salt

Instructions:
Rub meat all over with seasoning salts. Mix brown sugar and worcestershire sauce and rub on both sides of meat.  Line a cake pan with heavy duty foil.  Put meat in pan and let stand covered in fridge over night.  Repeat rubbing meat with spices and brown sugar mixture.  Put foil tightly on top and bake at 250 degrees for one hour per pound.  Take out and pour some of the juices off if needed.  Pour BBQ sauce over meat.  Cover again and bake for 2 more hours at 250.  Serves 10
