Stuffed Shells and Cheese

Stuffed Shells - How to Make Stuffed Shells - Fifteen Spatulas

Ingredients:
1 pkg (12 oz) jumbo pasta shells
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cups Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
3/4 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups red sauce (about 28 ounce jar)

Instructions:
Heat ove to 375 degrees.  Cook Pasta and drain.  meanwhile in a large bowl mix together the cheeses, eggs and seasonings.  In a 9X13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 the sauce.  Fill each cooked pasta shell with a few tablespoons of the cheese mixture.  Layer the shells in the pan.  Pour the last 1/2 of the sauce over the shells.  Sprinkle with cheese on top if desired.  Cover with foil.  Bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.  Makes 8-10 servings.
