Golden Graham S'Mores Bars

 

Ingredients

• 10 1/2 oz

  marshmallows, mini
• 1 1/2 c

  milk chocolate chips
• 5 Tbsp

  butter
• 1/4 c

  light corn syrup
• 1 tsp

  vanilla extract
• 13 oz

  golden grahams cereal

Instructions:

1. Spray a 9x13 pan non stick spray. Set aside. Reserve 1 cup of Mini Marshmallow.
2. Melt together the rest of the marshmallows, with Chocolate chips, Butter, and corn syrup in a 3 quart pan over low heat. Stir occasionally until completely melted.
3. Turn off heat and then stir in Vanilla. Pour cereal in large bowl and then pour marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir. Add the reserved Marshmallows and stir in.
4. Press mixture into prepared pan using a buttered/sprayed spoon. Cool until firm. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
